Terms of use

Draft text, still to be reviewed by a lawyer and confirmed by the controller.

Who may make a request

Only members with full membership of one of the ten participating clubs, for a visit to another participating club (charter, Art. 5 and 6). You declare that all player data is correct and that you have the players’ consent to pass it on.

How a request works

  • You confirm your e-mail address; only then is the request sent to the host club.
  • The host club assesses it and approves or rejects it. A request is not a booking.
  • Once approved, you receive a personal QR code, valid only on the approved day. Do not share it.
  • On arrival, each player shows a valid membership card and an identity document (Art. 6.4).
  • You pay the guest rate in force on the day of the visit (Art. 6.8).

Cancellation and no-show

Cancel in good time through your personal link. A timely cancellation does not count as a visit. A no-show does count as a visit towards the limit of two per club per calendar year (Art. 6.6).

Misuse

False data, passing on a QR code or repeated no-shows may lead to further requests being refused. The clubs reserve the right to revoke an approved request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The charter prevails over these terms.
